We take the safety and well-being of our clients and staff seriously, especially during these unprecedented times. We understand that COVID-19 has changed the way we live and do business, and we have adapted our protocols to ensure that our clinic is a safe and secure environment for everyone.
Our safety protocols are in compliance with the guidelines set by the World Health Organization and local health authorities. We have implemented a number of measures to minimize the risk of exposure to COVID-19, such as:
Temperature checks: All clients and staff members are required to undergo temperature checks before entering the clinic. Anyone with a temperature above the normal range will not be allowed inside.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All staff members are required to wear appropriate PPE, including masks and gloves. Clients are also required to wear a mask while inside the clinic.
Social distancing: We have rearranged our waiting area and treatment rooms to ensure that there is adequate space for social distancing. We are also limiting the number of clients inside the clinic at any given time.
Enhanced cleaning and disinfection: Our clinic is cleaned and disinfected regularly, especially high-touch areas such as door handles, counters, and treatment rooms.
Screening: We are screening all clients for COVID-19 symptoms and exposure history before their appointments.
